Tribe Credit Analytics (TCA) is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining credit risk models for regulatory capital and business uses for Rabobank globally. TCA employs around 650 colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds and countries. Credit models built by Tribe Credit Analytics are used across Rabobank globally. Area Provisioning & Reporting is one of the largest Areas of Tribe Credit Analytics.
You and your job
As Area Lead P&R you ensure the Area plays its crucial role in Rabobank’s credit risk management landscape. The Area architects and builds models that predict provisions and forecast portfolio performance under various stress scenarios.
Practical Examples
- The team communicates and explains credit risk models and their lifecycle processes to stakeholders.
- They translate business and IT requirements into functional and technical architectural designs for the target architecture and intermediate architectures.
- The department guides and coaches high-performing squads (DevOps teams) from an agile architecture perspective.
Top 3 responsibilities
- Responsible for modelling and calculating the provisions of the bank. Furthermore, the provisions are forecasted by Stress testing under stress but also for the Medium-term plan of the bank. Stress testing also forecasts the RWA of the bank and thereby facilitates decision making on capital management.
- Provides insights to risk manage the bank, thereby ensuring a solid balance sheet.
- Manages the database and IT infrastructure to run IFRS9 and Stress testing models.
You and your talent
- Master degree in relevant area
