You love to work on complex changes, reliability and Incident & Problem management? You build it. You own it. You run it. You fix it. As a Chapter Lead, you contribute to this pillars by having the responsibility of the reliability of our IT landscape. You are the go to expert for our Cloud Lending Services application and platform (ACBS) and coaching your team is what motivates you.
You stay up-to-date on the latest developments and you mentor your team members in becoming high quality engineers as well. You are also going to enhance the IT craftmanship of your Chapter members. As Chapter Lead, you will combine working as an IT Engineer, with your role as Lead. About 60% of the time you will work in your own block (scrum team) on refining, analysing, designing, developing/coding, testing, maintaining and realizing good quality and future proof IT solutions. The chapter ACBS is part of the IT Credits Cluster. The department is responsible for the development and delivery of credit products. Solutions are being processed straight through via several (digital) channels.
