• Experience: Over 5 years in a risk management function with a proven track record in risk control within technology-driven environments.
• Expertise: Seasoned IT risk management professional who advises on improving risk management processes by continuously seeking and implementing improvements.
• Vision Development: Develop a vision for optimal control in a dynamic risk environment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engages with stakeholders within the first and second lines of defense, translating their input into guidelines and requirements.
• Training and Communication: Conveys the risk management process and risk control activities by facilitating training sessions and maintaining instructions and templates for a unified way of working.
• Organizational Navigation: Possesses a good understanding of complex organizations, navigating and influencing their dynamics effectively.
• Professional Drive: A driven and pragmatic professional who quickly understands various processes and translates knowledge and experience into action.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously improves self and team by creating awareness, embracing change, simplifying processes, and enhancing the quality of deliverables.
• Certifications: Holding certifications such as CRISC or CISSP is preferred.
• Framework Knowledge: Understanding risk management frameworks like COBIT and ORX is advantageous.
